慢性胃炎患者健康信息寻求行为状况的影响因素及应对措施

Influencing factors and countermeasures of health information seeking behavior in patients with chronic gastritis

目的:探讨慢性胃炎(CG)患者健康信息寻求行为的影响因素。方法:选取医院收治的78例CG患者,评估所有患者的健康信息寻求行为[健康信息寻求行为量表(HISB)],设计基线资料调查表,详细统计所有患者的基线资料,比较不同资料特征CG患者的HISB评分,重点分析CG患者健康信息寻求行为的影响因素。结果:经评估,78例CG患者的HISB评分为(66.59±6.83)分;不同年龄、社会支持、文化水平及健康素养CG患者的HISB评分比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05),不同性别、病程、家庭月人均收入、婚姻状况、疾病类型、其他慢性病CG患者的HISB评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);经多元线性回归分析发现,CG患者健康信息寻求行为的影响因素为年龄大、健康素养低下、文化水平低及社会支持水平低(P<0.05)。结论:CG患者健康信息寻求行为水平较低,可能与年龄大、健康素养低下、文化水平低及社会支持水平有关。

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of health information seeking behavior in patients with chronic gastritis(CG).Methods:Seventy-eight cases of CG patients admitted to the hospital were selected and their health information seeking behavior was assessed.A baseline information questionnaire was designed to count the baseline information of all the patients in detail,and then the HISB scores of the CG patients with different information characteristics were compared,focusing on the analysis of the influencing factors of the health information seeking behavior of the CG patients.Results:The HISB score of 78 CG patients was assessed as(66.59±6.83).There was a statistical difference in the ratio of HISB scores between CG patients with different age,social support,literacy level and health literacy(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the ratio of HISB scores between CG patients with different gender,duration of the disease,per capita monthly household income,marital status,type of disease,and other chronic diseases(P>0.05).After multiple linear regression analysis,it was found that the influencing factors of health information seeking behavior of CG patients were older age,low health literacy,low literacy level and low social support level(P<0.05).Conclusion:The low level of health information seeking behavior in CG patients may be related to old age,low health literacy,low literacy and social support level.
