口腔鳞癌患者外周血指标与临床病理的相关性研究

Correlation between peripheral blood markers and clinicopathology in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma

目的:探讨口腔鳞癌患者外周血凝血及炎症指标与其临床病理特征的相关性。方法:选取医院口腔科收治的100例口腔鳞癌患者的临床资料作为口腔鳞癌组,另选取同期100例健康体检者的体检资料作为健康组,比较两组凝血指标FIB、FDP、D-二聚体及炎症反应指标NLR、PLR、MLR,并分析其与不同临床病理特征的相关性。结果:口腔鳞癌组患者外周血FIB、FDP、D-二聚体、NLR、MLR均高于健康组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,Ⅳ期口腔鳞癌患者和颈部淋巴结转移组外周血FDP、PLR、MLR相对较高(P<0.05);虽然外周血指标与组织学分级差异暂无统计学意义(P>0.05),但FIB、NLR、PLR与肿瘤最大径呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:口腔鳞癌患者较正常人群凝血功能异常,且凝血指标FIB、FDP、D-二聚体及炎症反应指标NLR、PLR、MLR与其临床分期、颈部淋巴结转移及肿瘤最大径存在一定的相关性。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between peripheral blood coagulation and inflammation markers and clinicopathological features in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma admitted to the Department of Stomatology of the hospital were selected as the oral squamous cell carcinoma group,and the physical examination data of 100 healthy patients in the same period were selected as the healthy group,and the coagulation indexes FIB,FDP,D-dimer and inflammatory response indexes NLR,PLR,MLR were compared between the two groups.The correlation with different clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results:The peripheral blood FIB,FDP,D-dimer,NLR and MLR of the patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma group were higher than those of the healthy group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the peripheral blood FDP,PLR and MLR of patients with stage IV oral squamous cell carcinoma and cervical lymph node metastasis group were relatively higher(P<0.05).Although there was no statistically significant peripheral blood index and histological grade(P≥0.05).However,FIB,NLR and PLR were positively correlated with the maximum tumor diameter(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the normal population,patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma have abnormal coagulation function,and there is a certain correlation between the coagulation indexes FIB,FDP,D-dimer and inflammatory response indexes NLR,PLR and MLR and their clinical stage,cervical lymph node metastasis and maximum tumor diameter.
