探讨孙善斌主任医师治疗慢性非特异性腰背痛的临床经验。孙善斌主任认为慢性非特异性腰背痛的病机是本虚标实,脾肾亏虚为本,经脉痹阻为标,因虚感寒、因虚致瘀,虚、寒、瘀三因杂合,致使经络痹阻,经筋失养。治疗上,采用通督培元针法结合中药经验方综合治疗,重视整体辨证,重用督脉腧穴,以针刺通督培元温经解结;以方药健脾益肾活血止痛,针药协同配伍,病例观察表明疗效显著。

This paper introduces the clinical experience of chief physician Sun Shanbin in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain.Director Sun Shanbin believes that the pathogenesis of chronic non-specific low back pain is the deficiency of the essence,the deficiency of the spleen and kidney,the obstruction of the meridians,the stasis caused by the deficiency,the cold caused by the stasis,the combination of deficiency,cold and blood stasis.In terms of treatment,the use of acupuncture and medicine to enhance the effectiveness of the combination,acupuncture to promote the development of the yuan to remove the knot,the prescription to promote the positive removal of blood stasis and pain,to warm tong,warm tonifying to break the vicious cycle of deficiency,cold,blood stasis of the pathogenesis,clinical efficacy is significant,has the value of promotion and application.
