定眩汤联合针灸治疗梅尼埃病的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of dingxuan decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on meniere's disease

目的:探讨梅尼埃病用中药定眩汤联合针灸治疗的疗效。方法:选取医院收治的96例梅尼埃病患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,对其开展不同的治疗措施,观察其临床疗效。结果:研究组患者眩晕、恶心呕吐消失时间及耳鸣恢复时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的听力治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对梅尼埃病应用定眩汤联合针灸治疗效果显著,患者眩晕恶心呕吐症状消失快,听力恢复好,且无毒副反应,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Dingxuan Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for Menier disease.Methods:96 patients with Meniere disease admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into control groups and research groups,and different treatment measures were carried out to observe their clinical efficacy.Resoults:The time of vertigo,nausea and vomiting and the recovery time of tinnitus in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total efficiency of hearing treatment in the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dingxuan Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in treating Meniere's disease.The symptoms of dizziness,nausea and vomiting disappear quickly,the hearing recovery is good,and there are no side effects and high safety.
