切开引流术治疗肛周脓肿的疗效评价

Clinical evaluation of incision and drainage in the treatment of perianal abscess

目的:探讨肛周脓肿切开引流术治疗肛周脓肿的疗效。方法:选取在医院治疗的70例肛周脓肿患者,随机分为实验组和参照组,各35例患者。参照组采用切开挂线旷置引流术治疗,实验组采用切开挂线对口引流术治疗。对两组创口恢复时间、住院时间以及炎症水平改善情况进行对比。结果:实验组患者创口恢复时间明显短于参照组(P<0.05),且实验组患者各项炎症水平改善情况明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:肛周脓肿切开挂线对口引流术治疗肛周脓肿具有良好的临床疗效,不仅能缩短患者创口恢复时间,且有利于改善炎症水平。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of perianal abscess treated by incision and drainage.Methods:A total of 70 patients with perianal abscess treated in hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the reference group,with 35 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with open and suspended drainage,and the experimental group was treated with open and suspended drainage.The wound recovery time,wound recovery effect and inflammation level improvement were compared between the two groups.Results:The wound recovery time of experimental group was significantly shorter than that of reference group(P<0.05),and the improvement of various inflammation levels of experimental group was significantly better than that of reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of perianal abscess with incision and drainage has a good clinical effect,which can not only shorten the wound recovery time,but also improve the level of inflammation.
