膝关节镜微创治疗膝关节周围骨折的临床效果分析

摘要 目的:探讨膝关节镜微创治疗膝关节周围骨折的临床效果。方法:选取医院收治的62例膝关节周围骨折患者分为观察组和对照组,各31例患者。对照组以开放式手术治疗,观察组采用膝关节镜微创治疗。评估对比两组临床疗效、手术相关指标、并发症发生率、膝关节功能。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者手术时间、开始下床活动时间、住院时间及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者膝关节功能(HSS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节镜微创治疗膝关节周围骨折临床效果良好,可缩短手术时间,促进骨折愈合,降低并发症发生率,改善患者的膝关节活动功能。 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and complications of minimally invasive treatment of knee joint fractures using arthroscopy.Method:62 target patients admitted to hospital were divided into an observation group and a control group(31 cases).The control group received open surgical treatment.The observation group received minimally invasive treatment with knee arthroscopy.Evaluate and compare the clinical efficacy,surgical related indicators,incidence of complications,and knee joint function between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter surgical time,start of getting out of bed activity,hospitalization time,and fracture healing time than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The knee joint function(HSS)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive treatment of knee joint fractures with arthroscopy has good clinical effects,can shorten surgical time,promote fracture healing,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve patients'knee joint mobility.
