呼吸功能锻炼结合互动达标康复护理在慢阻肺护理中应用效果

Application effect of respiratory function exercise combined with interactive standardized rehabilitation nursing in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease nursing

目的:探讨呼吸功能锻炼结合互动达标式康复护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病护理中的应用效果。方法:选取医院收治的78例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者分为观察组和对照组,各39例。对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组进行呼吸功能锻炼结合互动达标式康复护理干预。评估两组患者肺功能、自护能力、预后康复效果。结果:干预后,观察组患者肺功能各项指标均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分、博格呼吸困难评分(Borg)均低于对照组,6 min步行距离(6MWT)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸功能锻炼结合互动达标式康复护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病护理中应用效果良好,可以提高患者肺通气功能,改善患者自护能力和预后康复效果。

Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of respiratory function exercise combined with interactive standardized rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:78 target patients admitted to Hospital were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group,with 39 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received respiratory function exercise combined with interactive standardized rehabilitation nursing intervention.Evaluate the lung function,self-care ability,and prognosis of two groups of patients.Result:After intervention,all indicators of lung function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-care ability scale(ESCA)score of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the St.George's Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)score and Borg respiratory distress score(Borg)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the 6-minute walking distance(6MWT)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of respiratory function exercise combined with interactive standardized rehabilitation nursing in the care of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has shown good results,improving patients'lung ventilation function,enhancing their self-care ability,and improving their prognosis and rehabilitation outcomes.
