腔内心电图PICC尖端定位法在重症患者护理中的应用

The application of intracavitary electrocardiogram PICC tip localization method in nursing care of critical patients and its value in preventing PICC ectopic

目的:探讨腔内心电图经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)尖端定位法在重症患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选择医院收治的需进行PICC置管的120例患者,采用随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,各60例患者。研究组提供腔内心电图PICC尖端定位法,对照组采取传统X线定位法。对比两组导管原发性异位率、置管消耗时长、带管1个月的并发症发生率、置管护理满意度。结果:研究组患者的导管原发性异位率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者PICC置管消耗时长差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者的带管1个月并发症发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的置管护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腔内心电图PICC尖端定位法应用于重症患者临床护理中,可降低PICC原发性异位率及并发症发生率,提高置管护理满意度,值得临床应用。

Objective:To analyze the application of intracavitary electrocardiogram(ECG)through peripheral vein placement of central venous catheter(PICC)tip positioning method in the nursing of critical patients and the prevention value of PICC ectopic.Methods:A total of 120 patients requiring PICC catheterization admitted to hospital were selected and divided into study group and control group by digital table method,with 60 cases in each group.Intracavitary ECG PICC tip localization method was provided in the study group,and traditional X-ray localization method was used in the control group.The rate of primary catheter ectopia,duration of catheterization,incidence of complications after 1 month of catheterization and satisfaction of catheterization nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The primary catheter ectopic rate of the study group which was significantly iower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PICC tube consumption time between the two groups(P>0.05).The one-month complication rate of the study group which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of catheterization nursing in the study group which was significantly higher than that of in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intracavitary ECG PICC tip localization method in the clinical nursing of severe patients can reduce the primary ectopic PICC rate and complication rate,improve the satisfaction of catheterization nursing,and is worthy of clinical application.
