“任务驱动”法在外科护理信息化教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的:探讨“任务驱动”法在高职高专外科护理信息化教学中的应用效果。方法:选取某校2021级护理专科1班80人为对照组,借助学银在线进行信息化教学,同届4班学生80人为观察组,在信息化教学的同时融入“任务驱动”法。比较两组学生期末综合成绩、教学方法、教学满意度、教学效果评价。结果:观察组学生期末考试理论成绩、技能成绩、课堂表现高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生在明确学习目标、激发学习兴趣、提高发现和解决问题能力、增强实践能力方面评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生对教学方法效果满意度高。结论:应用“任务驱动”法进行外科护理信息化教学有助于提高外科护理教学。 Objective:To research the application effect of"task-driven"method in information-based teaching of surgical nursing in higher vocational colleges.Methods:80 students from Class 1 of nursing specialty of Grade 2021 were selected as the control group,and 80 students from Class 5 Grade 2021 were selected as the observation group with the help of Xueyin online information-based teaching.The"task-driven"method was integrated into the information-based teaching.The closed book assessment and questionnaire were adopted to compare the comprehensive scores between two groups of students,the evaluation on the teaching method between two groups of students,the evaluation of the students'teaching satisfaction,and the evaluation of the observation group on the"task-driven method".Results:The theoretical scores,skill scores and classroom performance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in the aspects of clarifying learning objectives,stimulating learning interest,improving the ability of finding and solving problems,and enhancing practical ability(P<0.05);The students in the observation group had high satisfaction with the effect of teaching methods.Conclusion:The application of"task-driven"method in surgical nursing information teaching is helpful to improve the effect of surgical nursing teaching.
