抗CASPR2抗体脑炎合并系统性红斑狼疮患者1例的护理

Nursing of an anti-caspr2 antibody encephalitis patient with systemic lupus erythematosus

探讨1例抗CASPR2抗体脑炎合并系统性红斑狼疮青少年患者的护理干预策略及效果。对患者进行疼痛护理;密切观察病情及激素冲击治疗并发症的预防;定期监测血常规、电解质、血压等情况,常规给予补钾、补钙、护胃处理;注意药物联合应用后效果及不良反应;注重心理护理及家庭支持;对患者进行个体化健康指导。该患者经过22天治疗后明显好转,四肢肌力、肌张力正常,生活完全自理,康复出院,且2年内随访观察预后良好。针对该类患者实施个体化护理,能有效减轻患者的痛苦、预防并发症及防范不良事件的发生,促进其身心康复,帮助患者尽早回归正常生活。

To explore the effect of nursing intervention in a case of anti-CASPR2 antibody encephalitis combined with systemic lupus erythematosus adolescent patients.The patient was given pain care;close observation of the condition and prevention of complications of hormone shock therapy;regular monitoring of blood routine,electrolytes,blood pressure,etc,and routinely given potassium supplementation,calcium supplementation,gastric protection treatment;attention to the effects and adverse reactions after the combined application of drugs;focus on psychological care and family support;individualised health guidance for the patient.The patient showed significant improvement after 22 days of treatment,with normal muscle strength and tone in the limbs,complete independence in daily activities,and was discharged after rehabilitation.Follow-up observations over the next two years indicated a good prognosis.Implementing individualized care for such patients can effectively alleviate their suffering,prevent complications and the occurrence of adverse events,promote physical and mental recovery,and help patients return to normal life as soon as possible.
