胆结石患者术后健康商数水平及其相关影响因素分析

Analysis of postoperative health quotient and its related influencing factors in patients with gallstone

目的:探讨胆结石患者术后健康商数(HQ)水平及其相关影响因素。方法:选取医院行手术治疗的127例胆结石患者,术后3 d用健康商数问卷评估患者HQ水平,制定一般资料调查问卷,调查患者相关资料,经多元线性回归分析胆结石患者术后HQ水平的相关影响因素。结果:127例胆结石患者术后健康商数问卷评分为(3.25±0.62)分,提示胆结石患者术后HQ水平低下;经多元线性回归分析显示,文化水平高中以下、有焦虑情绪、社会支持低下、希望水平低下是胆结石患者术后HQ水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:胆结石患者术后HQ水平欠佳,受文化水平、焦虑情绪、社会支持、希望水平影响,可据此加强护理干预,提高患者术后HQ水平。

Objective:To analyze the level of postoperative health quotient(HQ)in patients with gallstones and its related influencing factors.Methods:A total of 127 patients with cholelithiasis who underwent surgical treatment were selected.The HQ level of patients was evaluated by health quotient questionnaire 3 days after surgery.A general data questionnaire was developed to investigate the relevant data of patients.Results:Postoperative Health Quotient Questionnaire(HQ)score of 127 patients with gallstones was(3.25±0.62),indicating that the level of HQ in patients with gallstone was moderate and lower.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level below high school,anxiety,low social support and low hope level were the influential factors for HQ level in patients with gallstones after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The HQ level of patients with gallstones after surgery is poor,which is affected by the level of literacy,anxiety,social support and hope,so nursing intervention can be strengthened to improve the HQ level of patients after surgery.
