摘要
本文针对钳形电流表种类繁多、量程不一、校准效率低下等问题,开发了钳形电流表半自动校准系统,并进行试验验证。结果表明:该系统通过利用LabVIEW搭建软件平台,不仅能自动调用数据库中的校准点,控制校准源输出信号,而且能手动抄录该电流表的读数,并自动计算误差进行判定,实现了钳形电流表的半自动校准。
In this paper,the semi-automatic calibration system of clamp ammeter is developed to solve the prob-lems of various kinds,different ranges and low calibration efficiency.The results show that by using LabVIEW to build a software platform,the system can not only automatically call the calibration point in the database,control the output signal of the calibration source,but also manually copy the reading of the ammeter,and automatically calculate the error to judge,realizing the semi-automatic calibration of the clamp ammeter.
