摘要
本文通过测量大米粉成分中重金属镉的含量,建立X射线荧光光谱法粮食重金属检测仪的校准方法,并进行试验验证。结果表明:该方法具有可行性,不仅提升了量值传递的可靠性和溯源的有效性,而且为该类仪器的准确测量和计量工作提供了理论依据。
By measuring the content of cadmium in rice flour,the calibration method of grain heavy metal detector by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was established and verified by experiment.The results show that this method is feasible,which not only improves the reliability of quantity transmission and the effectiveness of traceability,but also provides a theoretical basis for the accurate measurement and metrology work of this kind of instrument.
