摘要
双三相永磁同步发电机(Dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous generator,DTP-PMSG)具有高功率密度、高容错性和高可靠性等特点,广泛适用于高端装备领域。但由于电机气隙磁场畸变及整流器开关器件死区时间等非线性因素的影响,导致双三相永磁同步发电机定子绕组中通常含有大量谐波电流。谐波电流会增加系统损耗,降低发电机效率,影响发电系统性能,特别是映射到x-y谐波子平面上的5、7次谐波,由于该平面对应的阻抗较小,因此即使很小的谐波电压扰动都会引起较大的5、7次谐波电流。为抑制定子绕组中的谐波电流,提出基于双环路同步旋转的自抗扰谐波电流抑制策略。所提策略利用双环路同步旋转坐标变换将x-y谐波子空间的5、7次谐波分别映射到与其同步的旋转坐标轴系中,在各自环路中采用自抗扰控制器将12倍频交流分量视为系统总扰动的一部分观测出来并对其补偿,从而实现对多维谐波电流的有效控制。最后,通过试验验证了所提控制策略的正确性和优越性。
The dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous generator(DTP-PMSG)is widely used in high-end equipment due to its high-power density,high fault tolerance,and high reliability.However,the stator winding of the DTP-PMSG usually contains a large amount of harmonic current due to nonlinear factors,such as the distortion of the magnetic field in the motor air gap and the dead time of the rectifier switching device.The harmonic current increases system losses,reduces generator efficiency,and affects power generation performance,especially the 5th and 7th harmonics mapped to the x-y harmonic subspace.Since the impedance corresponding to this plane is small,even a small harmonic voltage disturbance can cause a large 5th and 7th harmonic current.To suppress the harmonic current in the stator winding,an adaptive disturbance rejection harmonic current suppression strategy based on double-loop synchronous rotation is proposed.A double-loop synchronous rotating coordinate transformation is used to map the 5th and 7th harmonics of the x-y harmonic subspace to its synchronous rotating coordinate axis system.In each loop,the adaptive disturbance rejection controller observes and compensates for the 12-octave AC component as part of the total disturbance of the system,achieving effective control of multi-dimensional harmonic current.Finally,experiments are conducted to verify the correctness and superiority of the proposed control strategy.
