摘要
随着光伏接入配电网的渗透率越来越高,传统的综合能源系统规划方法由于忽略对光伏和负荷不确定性考虑以及本身方法的问题,难以充分发挥综合能源系统优势应对高光伏渗透率配电网。为此,在高光伏渗透配电网的基础上,考虑光伏和负荷不确定因素的影响,从配电网和用户两个层面,构建了一种考虑光伏和负荷不确定性的综合能源系统两阶段规划模型。第一阶段模型是以综合能源系统并网的最小数量为目标函数确定综合能源系统最佳并网位置和数量;第二阶段模型是在第一阶段的基础上以综合能源系统自适应鲁棒经济调度成本为目标函数确定综合能源系统并网的最佳容量;运用灰狼优化算法完成两阶段规划模型求解,确定综合能源系统最佳的并网位置和并网容量。通过算例仿真验证所提综合能源系统规划模型的有效性。
With the increasing penetration rate of photovoltaic(PV)access to the distribution network,the traditional integrated energy system planning method is difficult to fully utilize the advantages of the integrated energy system to cope with the high PV penetration distribution network due to the neglect of PV and load uncertainty considerations as well as its own methodological problems.Thus,an integrated energy system two-stage planning model considering PV and load uncertainty on the basis of high PV penetration distribution network is constructed from the two levels of distribution network and users.The first stage model is to determine the optimal grid-connected location and quantity of integrated energy system with the minimum number of integrated energy system grid-connected as the objective function.The second stage model is to determine the optimal capacity of integrated energy system grid-connected with the adaptive robust economic dispatch cost of integrated energy system as the objective function.The two-stage planning model is solved using the grey wolf optimization algorithm to determine the optimal grid-connected location and grid-connected capacity of integrated energy system.The validity of the integrated energy system planning model proposed is verified by example simulation.
