摘要
为了提高热塑性淀粉(TPS)塑料的力学和耐水等性能,扩大其应用领域。文中以丁二酸酐(SAA)改性的聚乙烯醇微球(PVAMS)为增强体,与玉米淀粉和甘油混合制备复合材料,研究了不同SAA添加量改性的PVAMS对TPS力学性能、热性能、耐水和加工性能的影响。结果表明,SAA质量分数为15%时,SAA-PVAMS/TPS的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为5.01 MPa和66.7%,冲击强度为35.39 kJ/m^(2);转变温度和热稳定性略有提高;吸水率降低,表面疏水性提高,接触角最大为61.2°;平衡和峰值扭矩分别为10.51 N·m和26.35 N·m,相对比较适中,易于加工成型。因此,以SAA改性的PVAMS来增强TPS,能实现复合材料性能的有效提升。
In order to improve the mechanical properties and water resistance of thermoplastic starch(TPS),and expand its application.in this work,polyvinyl alcohol microspheres(PVAMS)modified with succinic acid anhydride(SAA)were mixed with corn starch and glycerol to prepare composite materials.The effects of PVAMS modified with different SAA additions on the mechanical properties,thermal properties,water resistance and processing properties of TPS were studied.The results show that the tensile strength and elongation at break of SAA-PVAMS/TPS are 5.01 MPa and 66.7%,and the impact strength is 35.39 kJ/m^(2),respectively,when the SAA mass fraction is 15%.The transition temperature and thermal stability are slightly improved.The water absorption rate decreases,the surface hydrophobicity increases,and the maximum contact angle is 61.2°.The balance and peak torque are 10.51 N·m and 26.35 N·m respectively,which are relatively moderate and easy to process.Therefore,using SAA modified PVAMS to enhance TPS can effectively improve the properties of composite materials.
