摘要
文中通过绿色环保的水乳胶浆代替传统的油性胶浆制备方式,制备了天然胶乳(NRL)/丁苯胶乳(SBRL)水乳胶浆,测定了胶浆的黏度、共混胶干燥后的硫化特性、常温及高温力学性能及耐磨性能。同时利用胶浆制备了NR/SBR/涤棉布复合材料,测定了复合材料的剥离强度,并结合体式显微镜和扫描电镜(SEM)等表征手段研究了SBR用量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,胶浆方面,随着SBRL用量的提高,胶浆的黏度呈先升后降的趋势;共混胶正硫化时间(t90)逐渐延长,硫化曲线的最高转矩(MH)不断提高,常温与高温(60℃)定伸应力均增加,耐磨性能得到有效提升。胶浆粘合性能方面,随着SBRL用量的增加,剥离强度逐渐降低;体式显微镜和SEM显示,随着SBRL比例的增加,试样剥离后纤维布表面附胶量逐渐减少,侧面反映了剥离强度下降的原因。
In this study,natural latex(NRL)/styrene-butadiene latex(SBRL)water latex paste was prepared by replacing the traditional oily rubber paste preparation method with green and environmentally friendly water latex slurry,and the viscosity of the slurry,vulcanization characteristics of the blended rubber after drying,mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature and wear resistance were determined.At the same time,NR/SBR/polyester cotton composites were prepared with glue,the peeling strength of the composites was determined,and the influence of SBR dosage on the properties of the composites was studied by combination with bulk microscopy,SEM and other characterization methods.The results show that in terms of slurry,with the increase of SBRL dosage,the viscosity of the slurry first increases and then decreases.The positive vulcanization time(t90)of the blended rubber is gradually extended,the maximum torque(MH)of vulcanization curve is increased,the constant tensile stress at room temperature and high temperature(60℃)is increased,and the wear resistance is effectively improved.In terms of adhesive adhesion,the peeling strength gradually decreases with the increase of SBRL dosage.Bulk microscopy and SEM show that with the increase of SBRL ratio,the amount of adhesive attached to the surface of fiber cloth after peeling of the specimens gradually decreases,and the reason for the decline in peeling strength is reflected in the side.
