药剂科合理用药管理对抗菌药物使用情况的影响

Impact of Rational Medication Management in Pharmacy Department on Antimicrobial Drug Utilization

目的:分析药剂科合理用药管理对抗菌药物使用情况的影响。方法:选取2021年3—9月于苏州市相城人民医院接受抗菌治疗的患者44例为参照组,实施常规抗菌药物管理;2021年10月—2022年3月同院接受抗菌治疗的患者44例为试验组,实施药剂科合理用药管理。对比两组抗菌药物使用不合理率、抗菌药物联合用药情况、抗菌药物使用时间、住院时间、不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组抗菌药物不合理用药总发生率低于参照组(P=0.020);试验组抗菌药物联合用药率低于参照组(P<0.001);试验组抗菌药物使用时间、住院时间短于参照组(P<0.001);试验组抗菌药物不良反应总发生率低于参照组(P=0.035)。结论:药剂科合理用药管理可以降低抗菌药物不合理使用率、联合用药率、不良反应发生率,并且能缩短抗菌药物使用时间、住院时间。

Objective:To analyze the influence of rational medication management in pharmacy department on the use of antimicrobial drugs.Methods:Forty-four patients who received antimicrobial treatment in Suzhou Xiangcheng People's Hospital from March to September 2021 were selected as the reference group,and routine antimicrobial drug management was implemented.Forty-four patients who received antimicrobial treatment in the same hospital from October 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the experimental group,and rational medication management in the pharmacy department was implemented.Comparison of the two groups of antibacterial drugs use unreasonable rate,antibacterial drug co-medication,antibacterial drug use time,hospitalization time,adverse reactions occurred.Results:The total incidence of irrational use of antimicrobial drugs in the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(P=0.020);the rate of antimicrobial drug combination in the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.001);the time of use of antimicrobial drugs and hospitalization time in the experimental group was shorter than that of the reference group(P<0.001);and the total incidence of antimicrobial drug adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(P=0.035).Conclusion:Rational medication management in the pharmacy department can reduce the irrational use rate of antimicrobial drugs,the rate of co-administration,the incidence of adverse reactions,and can shorten the time of antimicrobial drug use and hospitalization time.
