中药房处方质量监管在中药处方管理中的应用价值观察

Observations on the Application Value of Prescription Quality Supervision of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmacies in Chinese Medicine Prescription Management

目的:观察在中药处方管理中实施中药房处方质量监管的应用价值。方法:选取2023年1—6月黔东南苗族侗族自治州榕江县中医医院中药房发放的处方500份作为参照组,实施常规中药处方管理;选取2023年7—12月同院中药房发放的处方500份作为试验组,实施中药房处方质量监管。比较两组中药处方管理不良事件发生率、不合理用药情况。结果:试验组管理不良事件总发生率低于参照组(P<0.001),试验组不合理用药情况总发生率低于参照组(P<0.001)。结论:在中药处方管理中实施中药房处方质量监管能够降低处方不良事件发生率及不合理用药情况发生率。

Objective:To observe the application value of implementing prescription quality supervision of Chinese medicine pharmacy in Chinese medicine prescription management.Methods:Five hundred prescriptions issued by the Chinese medicine pharmacy of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture Rongjiang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to June 2023 were selected as the reference group to implement routine Chinese medicine prescription management.Five hundred prescriptions issued by the Chinese medicine pharmacy of the same hospital from July to December 2023 were selected as the experimental group to implement the quality control of Chinese medicine prescription management in the Chinese medicine pharmacy.The incidence of adverse events of Chinese medicine prescription management and irrational medication use were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of management adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.001);the total incidence of irrational medication use in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The implementation of Chinese medicine prescription quality supervision in Chinese medicine prescription management can reduce the incidence of prescription adverse events and irrational medication use.
