经冠状动脉或静脉注射替罗非班辅助经皮冠状动脉介入治疗急性心肌梗死的效果分析

Effect of Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Assisted by Intravenous or Coronary Tirofiban in the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction

摘要 目的:分析经冠状动脉或静脉注射替罗非班辅助经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗急性心肌梗死的效果。方法:选取2019年6月—2022年6月南部战区海军第二医院收治的急性心肌梗死患者86例为研究对象,随机分为两组,各43例。两组均接受PCI治疗,对照组经静脉注射替罗非班,观察组经冠状动脉注射替罗非班。比较两组患者心功能指标、心肌受损情况。结果:随访3个月后,两组心功能指标水平优于治疗前,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组心肌损伤指标水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经冠状动脉注射替罗非班辅助PCI治疗急性心肌梗死的效果优于静脉注射,可有效改善患者心功能,减轻心肌损伤。 Objective:To analyze the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)assisted by intravenous or coronary tirofiban in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of eighty-six patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the Second Naval Hospital of Southern Theater Command from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into two groups,with forty-three cases in each group.Both groups received PCI,the control group received intravenous tirofiban,the observation group received coronary artery tirofiban.Cardiac function indexes and myocardial damage were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of follow-up,the level of cardiac function indexes of both groups was better than that before treatment,and the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,myocardial injury indexes of both groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of coronary injection of tirofiban assisted PCI in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction is better than that of intravenous injection,which can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients and reduce myocardial injury.
