针刺疗法联合乌灵胶囊治疗失眠的临床效果探讨

Discussion on the Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Therapy Combined with Wuling Capsule in the Treatment of Insomnia

目的:探讨针刺疗法联合乌灵胶囊治疗失眠的临床效果。方法:选取2022年9月—2023年9月北京市昌平区中医医院收治的失眠患者84例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组应用乌灵胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合针刺疗法。比较两组睡眠质量、中医证候评分、治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组主、客观总睡眠时间长于对照组,睡眠潜伏期短于对照组,睡醒次数少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组失眠、不寐、心烦、口苦评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.014)。结论:针刺疗法联合乌灵胶囊治疗失眠的临床效果显著,可改善患者睡眠质量,缓解临床症状。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy combined with Wuling capsule in the treatment of insomnia.Methods:Eighty-four cases of insomnia patients admitted to Beijing Changping District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with forty-two cases,by using the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with application of Wuling capsule,and the observation group was combined with acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.Compare the sleep quality,Chinese medicine evidence score,and treatment effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total subjective and objective sleep time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the sleep latency was shorter than that of the control group,and the number of sleep awakenings was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of insomnia,insomnia,upset,and bitterness of the mouth of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the total effective rate of the treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.014).Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupuncture therapy combined with Wuling capsule in the treatment of insomnia is remarkable,which can improve the sleep quality of patients and alleviate clinical symptoms.
