常规治疗联合芒硝大黄汤灌肠治疗腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Conventional Treatment Combined with Mirabilite Rhubarb Decoction Enema in the Treatment of Early Inflammatory Intestinal Obstruction after Abdominal Operation

目的:分析常规治疗联合芒硝大黄汤剂灌肠治疗腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年6月寿光市营里中心卫生院收治的80例腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者进行研究,随机分为两组。对照组(n=40)给予常规治疗,观察组(n=40)给予常规治疗联合芒硝大黄汤灌肠治疗。对比两组恢复情况、中医证候积分、血清炎性因子、生活质量评分。结果:观察组术后恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,两组腹痛、呕吐、便秘、腹胀评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组白细胞介素-17、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-1β水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组躯体功能、生理机能、情绪状态、症状表现评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:常规治疗联合芒硝大黄汤灌肠治疗腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床效果确切,可促进术后恢复,改善临床症状,降低炎性因子水平,提高生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of conventional treatment combined with mirabilite and rhubarb decoction enema in the treatment of early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal operation.Methods:A total of eighty patients with early inflammatory ileus after abdominal surgery admitted to Shouguang Yingli Central Health Center from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=40)was given conventional treatment,and the observation group(n=40)was given conventional treatment combinecl with mirabilite and rhubarb decoction enema.The recovery,TCM syndrome scores,serum inflammatory factors and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The post-operative recovery time in observation group were shorter than control group(P<0.001);after treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,vomiting,constipation and abdominal distension were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of interleukin-17,C-reactive protein and interleukin-1βin two groups were decreased,and those in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of physical function,physiological function,emotional state and symptom were increased in the two groups,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional treatment combined with mirabilite rhubarb decoction enema in the treatment of early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal operation has definite clinical effect,which can promote postoperative recovery,improve clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve the quality of life.
