手术室细节护理在患者围术期的应用效果分析

Effect of Detailed Nursing in Operation Room in Perioperative Period

目的:分析手术室细节护理在患者围术期的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2021年3月于浙江大学医学院附属第一医院行手术治疗的患者200例为观察对象。随机分组后,对照组(n=100)给予手术室常规护理,观察组(n=100)给予手术室细节护理。对比两组时间指标、护理满意度、并发症发生情况。结果:两组术前准备时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者接送时间、手术时间更短,护理满意度更高,并发症总发生率更低(P<0.001)。结论:手术室细节护理在患者围术期的应用效果显著,能够缩短患者接送时间、手术时间,提高患者满意度,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of operation room detailed nursing in perioperative period.Methods:A total of two hundred patients who underwent surgical treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the observation objects.After randomization,the control group(n=100)was given routine nursing in the operating room,and the observation group(n=100)was given detailed nursing in the operating room.The time index,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in preoperative preparation time between the two groups(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group had a shorter patients transfer time,shorter operative time,higher satisfaction with care,and a lower overall complication rate(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of detailed nursing in the perioperative period is remarkable,which can shorten the transfer time and operation time,improve patient satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications.
