优质护理干预在乳腺癌手术患者中的应用效果观察

Application Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention in Patients undergoing Breast Cancer Surgery

目的:观察优质护理干预在乳腺癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月拟于浙江大学医学院附属第一医院接受手术治疗的乳腺癌患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为优质组(n=60,采用优质护理)和对照组(n=60,采用常规护理)。比较两组并发症发生率、满意度、情绪指标。结果:优质组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.013)。优质组满意度高于对照组(P=0.029)。护理前,两组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分降低,优质组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预在乳腺癌手术患者中的应用效果显著,可降低患者并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,改善抑郁、焦虑情绪。

Objective:To observe the effect of high quality nursing intervention in patients with breast cancer surgery.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty breast cancer patients scheduled to receive surgical treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into quality group(n=60,using high quality nursing)and control group(n=60,using conventional nursing).The complication rate,satisfaction and emotion indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total complication rate of the quality group was lower than that of the control group(P=0.013).The satisfaction of quality group was higher than that of control group(P=0.029).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of self-rating scale of depression and self-rating scale of anxiety were decreased in both groups,and the quality group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of high quality nursing intervention in breast cancer surgery patients is remarkable,which can reduce the incidence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction,and improve depression and anxiety.
