急诊中毒洗胃中应用优质护理的效果分析

Effect of High Quality Nursing in Emergency Gastric Lavage for Poisoning

目的:分析急诊中毒洗胃中应用优质护理的效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月于滨州医学院附属医院接受全自动洗胃机洗胃急诊中毒患者60例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组接受常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上接受优质护理。对比两组护理满意度、治疗相关指标、并发症发生率。结果:试验组护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.023);试验组洗胃时间、症状缓解时间、住院时间均短于对照组,洗胃液残留量少于对照组(P<0.001);试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.037)。结论:急诊中毒洗胃中应用优质护理的效果显著,可提高患者护理满意度,改善治疗相关指标,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of high quality nursing in emergency poisoning gastric lavage.Methods:A total of sixty cases of emergency poisoning patients who received automatic gastric lavage machine in the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and the group method was random number table method,with 30 cases in each group as control group and experimental group.The nursing method of the control group was routine nursing,and the nursing mode of the experimental group was high-quality nursing.Nursing satisfaction,treatment-related indexes and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.023);the gastric lavage time,symptom remission time and hospital stay of experimental group were shorter than those of control group,and the residual amount of gastric lavage fluid was less than that of control group(P<0.001);the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.037).Conclusion:The application of high quality nursing in emergency gastric lavage for poisoning has remarkable effect,which can improve patients'nursing satisfaction,improve treatment-related indexes and reduce the incidence of complications.
