叙事护理对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者情绪及生活质量的影响分析

Effect of Narrative Nursing on Emotion and Quality of Life in Patients with Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的:分析叙事护理对老年带状疱疹后遗症神经痛(PHN)患者的情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:选取中国人民解放军陆军特色医学中心于2021年6月—2023年6月收治的PHN患者102例进行随机对照试验。研究对象共分为两组,对照组(n=51)给予常规护理,观察组(n=51)在对照组基础上联合叙事护理。比较两组生活质量、负面情绪评分及护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组健康状况调查简表各项评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组健康状况调查简表各项评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:叙事护理可以提高老年PHN患者生活质量,改善其负面情绪,提高其护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of narrative nursing on emotion and quality of life in elderly patients with herpes zoster sequelae neuralgia(PHN).Methods:102 patients with PHN admitted to the Chinese People's Liberation Army Specialty Medical Center from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected for a randomized controlled trial.The study subjects were divided into two groups,the control group(n=51)was given conventional nursing care,and the observation group(n=51)was combined with narrative nursing care on the basis of the control group.Quality of life,negative emotion scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing care,there was no statistical difference between the scores of the health status survey short form of the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing care,the scores of the health status survey short form of the two groups were elevated,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistical difference between the scores of anxiety self-assessment scale and depression self-assessment scale in the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of anxiety self-assessment scale and depression self-assessment scale decreased in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Narrative nursing can improve the quality of life of elderly PHN patients,improve their negative emotions and improve their nursing satisfaction.
