健康教育临床护理模式在糖尿病护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Health Education Clinical Nursing Model in Diabetes Nursing

目的:对糖尿病患者实施健康教育的临床护理模式的应用效果进行分析。方法:将2022年1月—2023年1月滨州医学院附属医院接收的100名糖尿病患者纳入研究,随机分成两组。对照组(n=50)沿用常规护理方法,对照组则在此基础上加入健康教育临床护理模式。对比两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)评分,糖尿病生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)评分,血糖水平及护理满意度。结果:护理9d后,两组SAS、SDS评分降低,SDSCA评分升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);护理9d后,两组DSQL评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理9 d后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P=0.002)。结论:健康教育临床护理模式在糖尿病护理中的应用效果显著,可改善患者心理状况,提高自我管理能力及生活质量,降低血糖水平,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of the clinical nursing model of health education for diabetes patients.Methods:100 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the affiliated hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=50)continued to use routine nursing methods,while the observation group(n=50)joined the clinical nursing mode of health education.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-management behavior scale(SDSCA),diabetes quality of life specific scale(DSQL),blood glucose level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After 9 days of nursing,SAS and SDS scores decreased and SDSCA scores increased in both groups,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);after 9 days of nursing,DSQL scores increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after 9 days of nursing,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.002).Conclusion:The clinical nursing model of health education has a remarkable effect in diabetes care,which can improve patients'psychological status,improve self-management ability and quality of life,reduce blood glucose level and improve nursing satisfaction.
