摘要
目的:评价全程质量监测管理对血液样本质量的影响效果。方法:本次研究选择2022年1—12月四平市中心血站收集的血液10000份作为观察对象,其中2022年1—6月收集的5000份血液样本作为对照组,接受常规质量监测管理;2022年7—12月收集的5000份血液样本作为观察组,接受全程质量监测管理。比较两组不同类型血液样本报废率、非感染性不合格血液样本报废率。结果:观察组全血、红细胞、血浆报废率低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组过期血、采血量不足、血袋破裂、血凝块或溶血、脂血发生率低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:血液成分制备过程中实行全程质量监测管理可降低血液样本报废率及非感染性不合格血液样本报废发生率。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of whole-process quality monitoring and management on blood sample quality.Methods:This study selected ten thousand blood samples collected from Siping Central Blood Station from January to December 2022 as the observation objects.Among them,five thousand blood samples collected from January to June 2022 were used as the control group to receive routine quality monitoring and management.The five thousand blood samples collected from July to December 2022 were used as the observation group to receive quality monitoring and management throughout the process.The scrap rate of different types of blood samples and non-infectious unqualified blood samples were compared between the two groups.Results:The scrap rates of whole blood,red blood cells and plasma in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001);the incidence of expired blood,insufficient blood collection,blood bag rupture,blood clot,hemolysis and lipemia in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The whole-process quality monitoring and management in the preparation of blood components can reduce the scrap rate of blood samples and the scrap rate of non-infectious unqualified blood samples.
