摘要
抑郁症(DEP)为临床常见的精神疾病,其发病机制复杂,涉及遗传、生物化学及环境因素等多方面。模拟人类DEP的病理生理过程建立DEP大鼠模型,有助于深入理解DEP的发病机理并促进新型抗抑郁药物的研发。该文总结了常用的应激模型、药物诱导模型、手术模型以及基于传统中医药理论构建的证型模型等DEP模型的建立方案及优缺点,旨在为研究DEP提供参考。
Depression(DEP)is a common clinical mental illness,its pathogenesis is complex,involving genetic,biochemical and environmental factors.Simulating the pathophysiological process of human DEP to establish a rat model of DEP is helpful to further understand the pathogenesis of DEP and promote the development of new antidepressant drugs.This article summarizes the establishment schemes and advantages and disadvantages of commonly used stress models,drug-induced models,surgical models,and syndrome type models based on traditional Chinese medicine theory,aiming to provide reference for the study of DEP.
