摘要
绿色技术创新是中国实现经济新旧动能转换的重要力量,绿色金融的大力发展深刻影响着中国各地区的绿色技术创新水平,如何提升区域绿色技术创新水平是当下学术界关注的焦点。利用中国30个省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据,探究绿色金融对区域绿色技术创新的影响效果与内在作用机制。结果显示,绿色金融能显著提升区域绿色技术创新水平,且该促进效应存在区域异质性,同时可通过加强环境规制和促进产业结构转型升级两个方面提高区域绿色技术创新。进一步分析发现,绿色金融对中国区域绿色技术创新存在着正向空间效应。
Green technology innovation is an important force for China to achieve the transformation from old to new economic drivers.The vigorous development of green finance has a profound impact on the level of green technology innovation in various regions of China.How to improve the level of regional green technology innovation is currently the focus of academic attention.This article uses panel data from 30 provinces(cities and autonomous regions)in China to explore the impact and underlying mechanisms of green finance on re￣gional green technology innovation.Research has found that green finance can significantly enhance the level of regional green technology innovation,and this promotion effect has regional heterogeneity.At the same time,regional green technology innovation can be improved through strengthening environmental regulations and promoting industrial structure transformation and upgrading.Further analysis reveals that green finance has a positive spatial effect on regional green technology innovation in China.
