摘要
地铁工程具有投资高、专业多、流程多、设计周期紧张的特点,应用BIM正向设计可以充分发挥BIM设计优势,节约设计周期,控制成本,提升工程质量。但在实际项目中,因为多方因素的制约,在地铁车站项目中应用BIM正向设计有成本高、数据不通,设计效率低等诸多难点。以西安地铁8号线雁塔南路站为例,探索全专业BIM正向设计在该项目中的应用,通过介绍项目在围护结构、交通导改、全专业BIM正向设计几个方面的应用,展示BIM正向设计在实际项目中的优势。同时,提出深入推广BIM正向设计的有效途径,即制定相关的BIM设计标准、开发相应的辅助设计软件以及推动全部专业全员参与BIM正向设计。
Metro engineering has the characteristics of high investment,multiple specialties,multiple processes and tight design cycles.The application of BIM forward design can fully leverage the advantages of BIM design,save design cycle,control cost and improve project quality.However,in the actual project,due to the constraints of many factors,the application of BIM forward design in subway station project has many difficulties,such as high cost,poor data and low design efficiency.Taking the Yanta South Road Station of Xi’an Metro Line 8 as an example,the application of full professional BIM forward design in this project was explored.By introducing the application of BIM forward design in several aspects such as enclosure structure,traffic guidance improvement and full professional BIM forward design,the advantages of BIM forward design in practical projects were demonstrated.At the same time,effective ways to promote BIM forward design were proposed,which include formulating relevant BIM design standards,developing corresponding auxiliary design software,and promoting the participation of all professionals in BIM forward design.
