摘要
介绍了全文强制标准《工程结构通用规范》(GB 55001—2021)的编制原则和框架内容,着重剖析了规范中的重点条文。《工程结构通用规范》(GB 55001—2021)具有技术法规性质,是各类工程结构的“顶层规范”,规定了工程建设中的控制性底线要求和创新性技术方法、措施的合规性判据。提高了部分楼面和屋面活荷载取值,补充和完善了施工荷载和栏杆荷载的取值规定;规定了考虑风对雪荷载有利影响时的雪荷载调整系数不低于0.9,并给出了覆冰荷载计算原则的条文规定;规定主要受力结构的“风荷载放大系数”不低于1.2并且适用于所有工程结构,引入了风向影响系数并规定其取值不应低于0.8,对应风速的调整系数不应低于0.894。
The principles and framework of the full⁃text mandatory code General code for engineering structures(GB 55001—2021)were described,focusing on the critical provisions in it.This code should be regarded as technical regulations and the"top⁃level code"for all types of engineering structures.It makes the provisions of minimum requirements in civil engineering and provides the compliance criteria for innovative technical methods and measures.The code raises the requirement of some floor and roof live loads,and supplements and revises the provisions for construction loads and railing loads.It stipulates that the snow load adjustment coefficient should not be less than 0.9 when considering the favorable effect of wind,and the requirement for icing loads is also given.The amplification factor of the wind load for main wind⁃force resisting system should not be less than 1.2,which is applicable for all engineering structures.The wind directionality factors for wind load is introduced in the code and its value should not be less than 0.8,corresponding to the factor for wind speed should not be less than 0.894.
