In the context of the new era,China strives to comprehensively build a moderately prosperous society and fulfill people’s aspirations for a better life.This paper takes the architectural design of a residential community project in South China as an example.By integrating diverse design concepts such as green ecology,intelligence,and humanistic care,the paper elaborates on the design concepts and trends of residential building in the new era.
