住宅建筑外墙材料的选择与绿色环保对策分析

摘要 外墙属于住宅建筑的围护结构,室内外环境通过墙体和门窗实现能量交换,提高外墙保温隔热性能有助于改善建筑物的节能水平。研究过程以西北严寒地区的农村住宅建筑为分析对象,对比不同砌体材料、保温材料和窗户材料的导热系数,进而选择有利于绿色环保的建筑外墙施工材料,具体策略为采用蒸汽加压混凝土砌块、优质墙体保温材料、塑钢窗框以及多层中空低辐射玻璃。 The external wall belongs to the envelope structure of residential buildings.The indoor and outdoor environment realizes energy exchange through the walls as well as doors and windows,therefore improving the thermal insulation performance of the external wall is beneficial to improve the energy saving level of the building.Research process takes the rural residential buildings in the northwest severe cold area as the analysis object,and compares different thermal conductivity among masonry materials,insulation materials and window materials,so as to choose green and environmental protection building exterior wall construction materials.Concrete strategy includes the steam pressurized concrete block,high quality wall insulation materials,plastic-steel window frames and multilayer hollow low radiation glass.
