摘要
随着我国城镇化进入后半段,结合城市更新推动完整社区建设,切实提升社区服务水平是下一步的重点工作,需要加切实加强部门联动和工作统筹,切实加大工作推动力度,创新建设运营机制,提升精细化管理水平,为人民群众打造幸福家园。本文对我国完整社区建设工作开展情况、取得的成效进行了总结,同时结合调研发现的问题,对相关工作开展提出了意见建议,以期为国家和地方更好开展完整社区建设工作提供借鉴参考。
As China’s urbanization enters the second half,promoting complete community construction in conjunction with urban renewal and effectively improving community service levels is the next key task.It is necessary to strengthen departmental linkage and work coordination,increase work promotion efforts,innovate construction and operation mechanisms,enhance refined management level,and create a happy home for the people.This paper summarizes the development and achievements of integrated community construction in China,and puts forward suggestions for related work based on the problems found in the investigations,in order to provide reference for the state and local governments to better carry out integrated community construction projects.
