摘要
本文结合广东东莞市某225.40m超高层塔楼的结构设计,简要介绍了超限高层建筑的超限判断及超限设计可行性论证方法。从确定的结构性能目标出发,对本塔楼结构进行了小震弹性、中震构件分析及大震下的动力弹塑性时程分析,并对半地下室层转换结构进行了详细的专项分析。结果表明,选取的结构体系合理,能满足既定的抗震设防性能目标。针对本塔楼特点,本文提出结构构件的抗震加强措施及若干结构设计要点,以期为此类结构的设计提供借鉴。
Based on the structural design of a 225.40m super high-rise tower in Dongguan,this paper briefly introduces the method of overlimit judgment and feasibility analysis of overlimit high-rise building design.According to the determined structural performance objectives,the small earthquake elasticity,medium earthquake component analysis and dynamic elastoplastic time-history analysis of the tower structure are carried out,and the semi-basement transfer structure is analyzed in detail.The results show that the selected structure system is reasonable and can meet the requirements of the high structure’s seismic design.According to the characteristics of this tower,the seismic strengthening measures of structural members and some key points of structural design are put forward,which can provide reference for the design of such structures.
