摘要
对西瓜翠衣总黄酮进行提取和评价,并制备以西瓜翠衣黄酮为主要有效成分的防晒霜。利用超声提取法提取西瓜翠衣黄酮提取液,同时测定西瓜翠衣黄酮的稳定性、抗氧化能力;制备O/W型防晒霜,初步测定其防晒功效。结果显示西瓜翠衣适合70%的乙醇在固液比1∶20的情况下提取,提取率为0.733%,提取液需避光储存;西瓜翠衣黄酮抗氧化能力优于抗坏血酸;制备的防晒霜在280~320 nm波长的紫外线的平均吸光度为0.622,提示有一定的防晒能力。
The total flavonoids of watermelon green coat were extractd and evaluated,and a sunscreen with watermelon green coat flavonoids as the main active ingredient was prepared.Ultrasonic extraction method was used to extract flavonoids from watermelon green coat,and simultaneously measure the stability and antioxidant capacity of watermelon green coat flavonoids.O/W type sunscreen was prepared and its sunscreen efficacy was preliminarily measured.The results showed that watermelon rind was suitable for extraction with 70% ethanol in a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20,with an extraction rate of 0.733%.The extract should be stored away from light,the antioxidant capacity of watermelon green coat flavonoids was better than that of ascorbic acid,the average absorbance of the prepared sunscreen at the wavelength of 280 to 320 nm UV was 0.622,indicating a certain degree of sunscreen ability.
