摘要
碳量子点(CQDs)是一种新型的碳纳米材料,具有优异的发光性能,制成的荧光探针由于其优越的生物相容性和灵敏性,在生物检测方面有着广阔的前景。本文提供了一种以精氨酸为前体通过一步水热法合成碳量子点作为荧光探针,用于过氧化氢检测。所制得的碳点表现出激发依赖的明亮蓝色荧光,并通过荧光光谱,傅立叶变换红外光谱法,X射线粉末衍射等多种仪器分析方法进行了详细表征。结果表明CQDs在不同pH值下均可被过氧化氢灵敏的淬灭,在接近中性环境中(pH=6)时,碳量子点对过氧化氢具有最低检出限为0.197μM。结果表明了该方法在各种条件下检测过氧化氢潜力巨大。
Carbon quantum dots(CQDs) is a new type of carbon nanomaterials with excellent luminescence properties.The fluorescent probes made of CQDS have broad prospects in biological detection due to their superior biocompatibility and sensitivity.A carbon quantum dots synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method with arginine as precursor was provided as a fluorescent probe for hydrogen peroxide detection.The resulting carbon dots exhibied excitation-dependent bright blue fluorescence,and were characterized in detail by various instrumental analysis methods such as fluorescence spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray powder diffraction.The results showed that CQDs could be sensitively quenched by hydrogen peroxide at different pH values.In a near neutral environment(pH=6),the lowest detection limit of carbon quantum dots for hydrogen peroxide was 0.197 μM.The results showed that the method had great potential in detecting hydrogen peroxide under various conditions.
