基于GC-MS对迷迭香精油化学成分研究及生物活性研究

摘要 采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪对迷迭香精油的化学成分进行鉴定,结合保留指数、保留时间、CAS号、分子式等鉴定了27个化学成分,鉴别率为99.67%,其中主要成分有桉叶油醇(29.80%)、(1S)-(-)-α-蒎烯(20.84%)、樟脑(16.20%)、莰烯(10.71%)。迷迭香精油生物活性好,通过系统地综述了其抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、保肝、中枢神经系统活性。结果表明,迷迭香精油化学成分结果类型多样,生物活性广泛,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗氧化等生物活性,应用前景好。 The chemical components of rosemary essential oil were identified by GC-MS,and 27 chemical components were identified in combination with retention index,retention time,CAS number,molecular formula,etc.The identification rate was 99.67%,of which the main components were eucalyptol(29.80%),(1S)-(-)-α-pinene(20.84%),camphor(16.20%),camphene(10.71%).Rosemary essential oil has good biological activity.Its anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antioxidant,anti-virus,anti-tumor,liver protection and central nervous system activities were systematically reviewed.The results showed that the chemical composition of rosemary essential oil had various results and broad biological activities.It had anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-tumor,anti-virus,antioxidant and other biological activities,and had good application prospects.
