利用液相色谱串联质谱联用仪在依托咪酯药物滥用检测中的应用

Application of Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry in Etomidate Drug Abuse

液相色谱串联质谱法已成功地应用于多种麻醉药品和精神药品的检测工作中,但是对于其应用于依托咪酯的检测国内外鲜有报道;通过液相色谱串联质谱联用仪(LC-MS/MS)建立检测方法,对可疑的电子烟油、人体毛发和尿液进行依托咪酯药物分析,对于其中存在的依托咪酯能准确定性鉴别,同时研究了这三者之间的关联性。根据检测样本的统计分析,发现我国部分地区存在依托咪酯药物滥用现象,特别是青少年吸食含有依托咪酯的电子烟油的现象较为严重。

Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometryhas(LC-MS/MS) has been successfully applied to the detection of a wide range of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.However,there are few reports at home and abroad on the use of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) in etomidate drugs.Through the detection method of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS),etomidate in the suspicious electronic cigarette liquid,suspect's hair and urine seized were detected by the method,and the correlation between the three of these was discussed.According to the statistical analysis of the detection samples,there was an abuse of etomidate drugs in some parts of ours country.Especially,the phenomenon of adolescent to smoke the electronic cigarette liquid containing etomidate were serious.
