摘要
研究并建立了采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)快速准确测定复合助剂中山梨醇缩醛类透明成核剂含量的方法。山梨醇缩醛类透明成核剂热稳定性好,熔融热焓达到181.26 J/g,可采用热焓进行换算透明成核剂含量。透明成核剂质量和热焓的标准曲线方程为m=0.005H-0.070(m为质量,H为热焓),拟合相关系数R^(2)=0.999,线性关系较好。可以利用标准曲线方程分析复合助剂中的山梨醇缩醛类透明成核剂含量。采用DSC差示扫描量热分析替代常用的高效液相色谱或气相色谱分析,DSC差示扫描量热分析方法不需要使用有机溶剂对样品进行溶解,可直接采用粉末完成测试,该方法样品消耗量少,节能,且操作简单、分析时间短,检测结果准确且绿色环保。
A method was established for the rapid and accurate determination of the content of transparent nucleating agents such as sorbitol acetal in composite additives using DSC.The sorbitol acetal type transparent nucleating agent exhibited good thermal stability with a melting enthalpy of 181.26 J/g.The enthalpy can be used to convert the content of the transparent nucleating agent.The standard curve equation for the mass and enthalpy of the transparent nucleating agent was m=0.005H-0.070(where m was the mass,H was the enthalpy),and the fitting correlation coefficient R~2 was 0.999 with good linearity.This method can be used to analyze the content of sorbitol acetal type transparent nucleating agent in composite additives.Using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) instead of conventional high-performance liquid chromatography or gas chromatography,DSC differential scanning calorimetry method did not require the use of organic solvents to dissolve the sample,can be directly to be tested with powder.The method had the advantages of less sample consumption,and energy saving.And this method was simple to operate,fast to verify,accurate in detection results and environmentally friendly.
