摘要
建立了一种用微波消解对土壤和沉积物进行前处理,并用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定土壤和沉积物中的17种稀有元素的方法。采用微波消解样品,空白值低、干扰小,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定稀有元素,选择合适的内标,降低或消除了质谱干扰干扰,测得的土壤和沉积物中17种稀有元素的标准曲线线性相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.001~0.04 mg/kg,精密度为1.0%~28.1%、7.5%~18.9%,加标回收率为91.2%~106%,该方法灵敏高,重现性好,加标回收率结果满意,可同时分析多种元素,是测定土壤和沉积物中稀有元素比较适用和可靠的新方法。
A new method was developed for pretreatment of soil and sediment by microwave digestion and determination of 17 rare elements in soil and sediment by ICP-MS.The microwave digestion method has the advantages of low blank value and low interference.Using ICP-MS spectrometer to determine rare elements and selecting suitable internal standard,the interference of mass spectrum was reduced or eliminated.The linear correlation coefficients of the standard curves of 17 rare elements in soil and sediment were all greater than 0.999.The detection limits ranged from 0.001 mg/kg to 0.04 mg/kg.The precision ranges from 1.0% to 28.1% and from 7.5% to 18.9%.The recoveries were 91.2% to 106%,The method has high sensitivity,good reproducibility and satisfactory recovery rate.It can analyze multiple elements simultaneously.It is a new and reliable method for the determination of rare elements in soil and sediment.
