低硬度低碱度循环冷却水系统无磷水处理剂的选用

摘要 通过静态、动态模拟试验方法,在四个无磷水处理剂中筛选出最佳的产品,解决碱度和硬度较低的循环冷却水系统的腐蚀问题。结果表明,虽然国内一些循环水处理药剂生产商有生产符合国家标准的无磷水处理剂,但是不同的无磷水处理剂应用于低硬度低碱度循环冷却水系统的防腐蚀效果差异较大。筛选出的某型水处理剂是最适用于华南极软极低碱度强腐蚀性水质的水处理剂,可以很好地解决循环水系统的腐蚀问题。该水处理剂不需要额外补充钙硬度和碱度,使用更为方便。选用的药剂可应用于采用华南地区地表水补水、膜法处理回用水的循环水系统,更好地保护相关设备,保证系统长周期、高效运行,实现更好的环保和经济效益。 By employing static and dynamic simulation test methods,the best product was selected from four phosphorus free water treatment agent to address the corrosion issues of extremely soft and low-alkalinity strongly corrosive circulating cooling water.The results indicated that although some domestic manufacturers of circulating water treatment agents had produced phosphorus free water treatment agents that met national standards,but different phosphorus free water treatment agents were applied to low hardness and low alkalinity circulating cooling water systems.There was a significant difference in the anti-corrosion effect.The selected reagents could assist the make-up water that uses surface water from the South China region and the recycled water treated by membrane methods in the circulating water system,to better protect the related equipment and ensure the system runs efficiently over a long period,achieving better environmental and economic benefits.
