摘要
共享储能作为结合储能技术与共享经济的一种新型储能模式,在社区新能源消纳中发挥重要的作用。为探索一种售电合作商(electric energy sales partner,EESP)投资并运营共享储能设施的新模式。在源荷不确定性及柔性负荷需求响应的背景下,研究分析了该新型共享储能运营模式的合理性以及光伏消纳策略的有效性,并构建了一个自建共享储能的EESP与光伏社区源荷储互动光伏消纳策略主从博弈模型。在该模型中,上层问题旨在求解EESP最优购售电策略和共享储能运行策略;下层问题致力于求解光伏社区最优消纳策略。进一步地,鉴于下层问题的凸性质,通过KKT(Karush-Kuhn-Tucker)条件和Big-M法将其转化为上层问题的约束,从而将原问题简化为一个单层的混合整数线性规划问题。通过数值算例验证,该共享储能运行模式可有效提升光伏消纳率,为EESP和光伏社区降本增益。
Shared energy storage,as a new model combining energy storage technology and sharing economy,will play an important role in community new energy consumption.To explore a new model for Electric Energy Sales Partners(EESP)to invest and operate shared energy storage facilities,under the background of the uncertainty factors of source and load and the demand response of flexible load,a stackelberg game model of the interaction between EESP and photovoltaic(PV)community source-load-storage in a regional microgrid is proposed,which considers shared energy storage and the rationality of a new shared energy storage operation model and PV consumption strategy are studied.In this model,the upper level is in charge of solving the optimal power purchase and sale strategy as well as the shared energy strategy of the EESP,and the lower level is in charge of solving the optimal consumption strategy of the PV community.The KKT conditions and Big-M approach translate the lower layer problem,which is convex by nature,into the constraints of the upper layer problem,transforming the original issue into a single-level mixed integer linear programming issue.Finally,numerical simulations demonstrate that the proposed shared energy storage operation mode can improve the PV consumption rate,and consequently,increase the profits for the EESP and PV community with reduced cost.
