摘要
创新是引领发展的第一动力。如何激发企业创新活力,实现中国经济高质量发展,是当前社会的重要议题。本文从供应链合作视角出发,通过文本分析的方法构建客户战略联盟指标,并实证检验了客户战略联盟与企业创新之间的关系。研究结果表明,客户战略联盟可显著促进企业创新。经济机制分析表明,客户战略联盟通过提高专用性资产的经济价值来激励管理层增加创新投资、通过客户信息溢出为创新提供市场和技术信息、通过缓解融资约束为创新提供资金等渠道促进企业创新。异质性分析表明,客户战略联盟对企业创新的促进作用在高科技行业、与客户地理距离更远的企业、客户集中度更高的企业中更为明显。本文的研究结论对于激发企业创新活力、提升企业核心竞争力、实现企业可持续性发展具有重要启示意义。
Innovation is a crucial driver of economic growth and a key source of competitive advantage for corporation.In a rapidly changing business environment,it is increasingly important and urgent to explore the factors that influence corporate innovation.At present,a large number of studies have analyzed how compensation incentives and supervision mechanisms affect corporate innovation from the perspective of shareholders,while there is relatively limited studies focusing on innovation from the viewpoint of non-shareholder stakeholders,particularly customers.As an important stakeholder of firm and the main source of revenue,customers significantly impact the production and operational activities of a corporation.Existing literature believes that customer concentration,customer geographical distance,customer digital transformation,etc.,will affect corporate innovation,but the above literature is more about studying corporate innovation from the perspective of customer characteristics in the supply chain,ignoring the impact of cooperative relationships in the supply chain on corporate innovation.At the same time,most of the existing literature is based on the theoretical basis of supply chain cooperation,such as transaction cost theory,knowledge spillover theory,resource dependence theory,etc.,to explain the impact of supply chain cooperation on corporate innovation,and lacks research on specific intermediary mechanisms and boundary conditions.In view of this,this paper will explore the impact of customer strategic alliances on corporate innovation,and focus on answering the impact mechanism of customer strategic alliances on corporate innovation,as well as the differences in the impact of customer strategic alliances on corporate innovation under different boundary conditions.
