摘要
当前竞合研究虽已逐步发展成一个专门的学术领域,但现有文献大多关注组织间竞合关系,很少探究组织内竞合关系的“黑箱”,较长时间跨度的竞合关系演化过程研究更是鲜见。本文运用探索式案例研究方法,从竞合关系的内涵、演化路径、演化机制三个方面系统探究组织内竞合关系。通过对研华(中国)科技公司线上和线下业务部门2006-2018年竞合关系的跟踪研究,本文提炼出“竞合低位平衡--合作主导--竞争主导--竞合高位平衡”的组织内竞合演化路径,并揭示该过程是销售场域初始特征、线上业务部门对合法性与效率性双向寻求的权衡以及组织高层和子单元集体行动共同作用的结果。本文构建了组织内竞合关系的框架体系,深化了对组织内竞合关系内涵和演化过程的认识,为组织平衡内部子单元间的竞合关系提供了借鉴和参考。
Benef iting from the interconnection in the era of intelligence,the interdependence between market entities has increased,and it is possible to realize value appreciation through connection,interaction and cross-border cooperation.This means that the competition among market entities will inevitably become fiercer,but cooperation also has become more frequent,and the era of coopetition coexisting with competition and cooperation has come.Intra-organizational coopetition is rarely discussed because of its relative invisibility,but it is undeniable that coopetitive relationships or phenomena are common and important within organizations.Therefore,it is a practical problem of great significance how to recognize the coopetitive behaviors and phenomena with various forms,different attributes and complex changes within the organization,which is presented to us by the special phenomenon in enterprises’activities under the great changes in the business environment.
