摘要
针对军事物流信息资源难以共享的问题,提出了基于数字中台的军事物流数字化总体架构,并从业务架构、数据架构、应用架构和技术架构四个方面入手,对总体架构进行细化设计。在业务架构方面,提出基于业务中台的业务架构,通过构建高内聚,低耦合面向业务领域能力中心,创建不断进化的业务能力共享服务平台;在数据架构方面,提出了以数据中台为基础,数据汇集、数据开发、数据体系、数据资产管理、数据服务体系、运营体系和安全管理为一体的数据架构;在应用架构方面,从战略层、战役层、战术层三个层面,提出了通过建立统筹协调中心和物流数据中心为核心,各实体作业环节为主体,运行控制信息处理中心、全军物资编目中心、数据中台为支撑的业务架构,将信息链不断与作战指挥链、物资保障链和业务管理链相融合,实现适时、适地、适量的精准保障要求;在技术架构方面,提出了包含多云适配层、研发服务平台、网关和大前端的技术架构,以配合以数据中台为核心的军事物流数字化架构运行。
Aiming at the problem that military logistics information resources are difficult to share,this paper puts forward the overall architecture of military logistics digitalization based on digital middle station,and designs the overall architecture in detail from four aspects,which are business architecture,data architecture,application architecture and technical architecture.In the aspect of business architecture,the business architecture based on business middle platform is proposed,and an evolving business capability sharing service platform is created by building a high cohesion and low coupling business domain-oriented capability center.In terms of data architecture,a data architecture based on data center and integrating data collection,data development,data system,data asset management,data service system,operation system and security management is proposed.In terms of application architecture,from three levels,which are strategic level,campaign level and tactical level,it is proposed to establish a business architecture with overall coordination center and logistics data center as the core,each entity operation link as the main body,and operation control information processing center,military material cataloging center and data center as the support,so as to continuously integrate the information chain with operational command chain,material support chain and business management chain to achieve timely,appropriate and appropriate accurate support requirements.In terms of technical architecture,a technical architecture including cloudy adaptation layer,R&D service platform,gateway and large front end is proposed to cooperate with the operation of military logistics digital architecture with data center as the core.
