控制图和六西格玛在质量管理中的应用分析

摘要 在某大型装备管理实践中,质量管理往往处于不被看重、受人责难、工作难开展、成效不明显的境地。现实实践中,把已被验证的工具和技术应用于装备管理中,存在许多问题和困难需要解决。组织可以提出较高的质量标准和要求,向上级承诺实现好的质量,但一线技术专家和操作人员才是真正实现质量目标和标准的人,质量管理目标清晰和质量管理方法合理显得尤为重要。以某大型装备管理为背景,探讨控制图和六西格玛在质量管理中的实践应用问题,提高装备质量管理水平和效率。 In a large equipment management practice,quality management is often not valued,condemned,difficult to carry out the work,the effect is not obvious.In practice,there are many problems and difficulties to be solved when the proven tools and techniques are applied to equipment management.Organizations can put forward higher quality standards and requirements,and promise to achieve good quality,but front-line technical experts and operators are the people who really achieve quality objectives and standards,and it is particularly important to have clear quality management objectives and reasonable quality management methods.Based on the background of a large equipment management,the practical application of control chart and six Sigma in quality management is discussed to improve the level and efficiency of equipment quality management.
