中国台湾地区护理岗位进阶管理现状及启示

Current situation and enlightenment of advanced management of nursing post in Taiwan province of China

“十四五”时期,公立医院进入高质量发展新阶段,为进一步提升护理科学化管理水平,建立完善的护理岗位管理制度,深化护士岗位管理工作,文章从我国台湾地区医院护理人员的岗位进阶管理发展、管理现状等方面进行梳理归纳,以期为我国未来的护理岗位管理工作提供参考。

During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,public hospitals have entered a new stage of quality development.To further improve the scientific management of nursing and establish a perfect nursing post management system and deepen the post management of nurses,this paper sorts out and summarizes the development,specific connotations,and status quo of the advanced management of nursing posts in hospitals in Taiwan province of China,with a view to providing references for nursing post management in the Chinese mainland.
