摘要
采用高温高压热解和芬顿氧化相结合的方法处理聚乳酸材料,通过X射线衍射和红外光谱等方法对材料进行了表征分析,并研究了热解温度、芬顿反应时间、溶液pH、H_(2)O_(2)和七水合硫酸亚铁(FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O)投加量对处理后溶液化学需氧量(COD)的影响。结果表明,水热反应温度达到200℃时,聚乳酸可以完全热解;当溶液pH=3、H_(2)O_(2)投加量为55.2mL、FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O投加量为21g时,通过芬顿反应可以将热解后溶液COD值由105000mg/L降低至287mg/L。
A combination of high-temperature and high-pressure pyrolysis and Fenton oxidation method was used to treat polylactic acid materials.The materials were characterized and analyzed using X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy.The effects of pyrolysis temperature,Fenton reaction time,solution pH,H_(2)O_(2)and FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O dosage on the chemical oxygen demand(COD)of the treated solution were studied.The results showed that when the hydrothermal reaction temperature reached_(2)00℃,polylactic acid could undergo complete pyrolysis.When the pH of the solution was 3,the amount of H_(2)O_(2)added was 55.2mL,and the amount of FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O added was_(2)1g,the Fenton method could reduce the COD of the pyrolyzed solution from 105000mg/L to_(2)87mg/L.
